Where we start

Not with the technology. With your week. Which paperwork somebody reads and retypes, where quoting time goes, what gets written on paper at a machine and keyed in at the end of the shift, which report gets rebuilt by hand every Monday. Those are the places where AI either saves real hours or turns out to be the wrong tool, and you cannot tell which from a demo.

From there we can usually name the one or two things worth doing, and just as importantly the things to leave alone. Quoting and compliance are the two we most often tell people to keep away from a chat window, because those need the same answer every time and that belongs in software. How much help you need varies

Some companies need a conversation. You tell us what the week looks like, we tell you which tasks are worth the effort and which are not, and your own people go do it. That costs nothing and we are happy to do it.

Some companies have enough going on that it deserves a real look: time with the people doing the work, a pass through the systems, and a written recommendation covering what to automate, what to leave alone, and what it would cost to build. That is a scoped piece of paid work and we would quote it before starting.

And plenty of companies do not need a project at all. They need the people who already use AI every day to get better at it, which is what our training sessions are for. When something is worth building into your systems properly, that is the AI and automation side of what we do.
